Artist's Description
There is a large colony of African Penguins (a.k.a. jackass penguins) near Cape Town. African penguins are great swimmers and aquatic hunters. Each African penguin has a unique pattern of black spots on the white chest that can be used to distinguish individuals from one another (like human fingerprints).
